Radiologic Technologist, Multi-modality
Full-time, 40 hours/week. The Multi-Modality Technologist is a key member of the medical imaging professional staff responsible for clinically competent operation of any combination of MRI, CT, Sonography, and XRay equipment to aid physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. The successful candidate will: 1) demonstrate compliance with all radiation safety procedures for all assigned patients along with documenting care according to departmental standards; 2) represent Humboldt General Hospital within the community; 3) meet all of the qualifications and requirements of two of the following modalities: CT, Diagnostic, MRI, Ultrasound and/or Echocardiographer; and, 4) have the ability to rotate on-call hours and weekends. Holidays are required. Qualifications:
• ARRT (R), ARDMS required, preferred RDCS (Adult Echocardiographer)
• Must be registered/licensed in more than 1 modality in addition to Diagnostic X-ray, CT and US/Echocardiography preferred
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in each modality preferred
• Must be able and willing to work routinely in each of the modalities
