Our acute department treats medical, surgical and telemetry patients and those in intensive care. Unfortunately, illness sometimes strikes the youngest members of the HGH family as well—our pediatric patients. When that happens, the staff at Humboldt General Hospital is dedicated to making sure children are treated with big doses of tender care. We are able to meet many pediatric needs, and strive to make each child’s hospital stay a comfortable and secure one.
