CTA Architects

CTA is an "all-in-one" architecture engineering firm with the comprehensive resources it takes to guide a project from conception to utilization of facilities. CTA has been ranked in the "Top 100 Design Firms for Healthcare in the U.S." by Modern Healthcare Magazine since 2003. CTA also has been named one of the top 150 Architect/Engineering Firms by Architectural Record and one of the "Top 100 Healthcare Design Firms" by Building Design & Construction. CTA supports a staff of more than 370 at 16 locations throughout the United States. The company, which is celebrating its 71st year in business, has an annual construction volume of $350 million. R&O Construction

Orluff Opheikens is founder and CEO of R&O Construction which was established in 1980. Today R&O has nearly 200 employees and currently operates throughout the Western United States. The company's corporate headquarters are in Ogden, Utah; R&O also maintains a regional office in Las Vegas, Nevada. R&O has construction every kind of structure, from office buildings, garden centers and grocery stores to baseball parks, health care centers and convenience stores. The company maintains one of the best safety ratios in the industry and has been ranked as one of the top contractors nationally by Engineering News Record. Humboldt General Hospital is very pleased to have R&O Construction as a member of our Project Team.


Mike Sheppard - Owner Rep

Michael Clay Corporation was selected to represent Humboldt General Hospital during construction of the new Medical Office Building, construction of the Administration Building and remodel of the existing building.  Mike Sheppard will manage the construction program as Owner's Representative, handling technical and administrative matters as well as coordinating with the contractors, design professionals and hospital staff.  Mike has a broad base of construction experience over the last 40 years on a diverse range of public works and private construction.  Michael Clay is a Nevada Corporation based in Winnemucca.
